| Basic Church Health Survey - This survey provides district office staff with relevant information that will better equip them to meet with a pastor and local church Governing Board. The process serves as an opportunity for the district representive to better understand the church and for church leaders to better understand their current situation and available district support. This survey is administered by a member of the district office staff. |

Natural Church Development is a quality assessment tool that has been used in over 45,000 churches around the world. NCD addresses eight essential qualiy characteristics for a healthy, growing church. Using proven research principles, this tool identifies the strength and weakness of each of the eight quality characteristics in a church. To learn more about this extremely helpful resource and available coaching please contact the District Director of Church Health.The NCD assessment is available through the District Diretor of Church Health, District Director of Church Planting or their appointed certified trainer. |

Ministry Masterplanning is a process by which local church leaders create a blue print for the future of their church. It is a prayerful and intentional process of seeking and discovering God's vision for their church. The process includes a Bible study, focused praying, identifying a clear purpose statement, a half-day leadership retreat and personal accountability. The desired outcome is a five year master plan leading to a vibrant, healthy, growing church for God's glory.MMp is led bt the District Director of Church Health or an appointed trained representative. |

 Making Healthy Disciples training is designed to challenge the thinking and move the hearts of local church leaders, teachers and workers from merely offering programs to an intentional disciple-making ministry agenda. Clear biblically based instruction is provided along with practical evaluation tools leading to implementation. MHD is available through the Director of Church Health and other certified trainers in the disctrict. |

 The Everyday Commission training addresses the following questions:Why does our church or ministry exist? What does God want to do through our ministries? How do we meet the needs of people at various stages of spiritual growth? How do we design activities to encourage people to become fully trained disciples? While certified trainers are available through the Church Health Office to present this training in a workshop format, a pastor may obtain a trainer's kit for presentation to his local church.
